Went For Art, Came Back With A Purse

May 19, 2009 by dailygnome 1 Comment

I picked up this purse at the Alberta Art Hop over the weekend. Love the lines, the shape, the pleats, the fabric and the details. Everything about it. Not too big, not too small. It’ll be the new staple of my summer wardrobe.

Rakiyah only works with reclaimed and repurposed materials. There are a handful of items listed in her etsy shop and she can also be found each month at Last Thursday (around 24th & Alberta). Little girl dresses, home accessories and handbags. Thinking how cute this skirt would be on Miss Hadley.
