A Hiking Epiphany

July 9, 2010 by dailygnome 4 Comments

To celebrate our ninth anniversary, we played hookie yesterday, hit the road and climbed Saddle Mountain. It made me want to play hookie much more often. I think it clears my head and makes me more productive. And it’s always nice when you’re out of cell phone range and return to voicemails bearing good news. Like an offer on our house we gladly accepted. Best anniversary gift ever.

Congrats! On your nine years of marriage, and the sale of your home. I can't wait to hear all about the *new* place and all the DIY projects I can only imagine you and Jason will have up your sleeves 🙂

Happy Anniversary! And way to conquer Saddle Mountain. I hear that's supposed to be a challenging, kind of scary climb once you get near the top.
