Things with Wheels: Good; Aardvarks that wear Glasses: Bad

October 25, 2007 by dailygnome 2 Comments

I recently took my second (Carson’s third) trip to the Children’s Museum along with Carson’s friend Charlie and his mom. It was chaos going on a Saturday afternoon but Carson maneuvered his way through the crowds of kids and managed to have a ton of fun. I got a work out in keeping track of him through all the different rooms. His fav? A tie between the Wheel Room (Trains and Busses and Cars, oh my!) and the Dig Room where the “dirt” was made of recycled tire chips. His least favorite? Definitely Arthur’s World. The life-size characters were scary – he didn’t care for Arthur or any of his animal friends and ran for the exit as fast as his little legs would take him. He was done.

So Carson did not warm up to Arthur and friends this trip either? Guess there are just some characters that can’t be trusted! Thanks for being faithful with the blog updates. Whenever I want a smile and a chuckle I check in and just get my heart warmed by the adventures of little “Gnome.”
