photo of the week: I wish I could claim these tempting creations as my own but I had no hand in the making, only the eating of them. These cupcakes were the end cap to a delicious Easter brunch prepared by my mom featuring vegetable frittata, grilled asparagus, garlic red potatoes and an amazing caramelized French stuffed toast. It was an intimate family gathering that included our good friends Dave, Amy and Bailey. My stomach is still feeling full and I’ve long since changed into my comfy maternity sweats. On the menu for this evening: just popcorn… and perhaps one more coconut cupcake.
